Our Buisness Philosophy (Press Release)
I think it is long overdue that someone came along who is willing to provide a quality product for a discounted price. With the current unemployment rate at over 9% and most hard working American families finding that they have to do more with less. We set out to change the market design in our area.
Our mission statement is to provide a high quality product at the lowest cost to the consumer while maintaining the best customer service available. We have achieved that but; the hardest point to get across to the consumer is that a high price doesn’t always equate quality. There are businesses out there that are producing quality products at a lower cost by being creative, adaptive and innovative. It reminds me of the acronym "CANI" that stands for Constant And Never-ending Improvement. It's an acronym that Tony Robbins developed more than a decade ago and he was influenced by Dr. W. Edwards Deming. This acronym is also how we came up with our business model.
So how do we give the same quality product that consumers have come to expect at a reduction in price of over 200% of our local competitors? It is simple, cut out the middle man. We order direct and pass the savings to our customers. No longer is it economically feasible for Floral Farms abroad to sell to large importers in Miami who in turn sell the flowers to a wholesaler who then sell them to florists and then finally to the consumer. There is no reason for it anymore and our industry cannot bear so many middlemen taking a piece of the pie for just moving the flowers from one location to another and not really doing anything but transporting them. Crisis causes change and with change can bring innovative opportunities. In these times of economic hardship it is imperative that you are a critical thinking and adaptive leader of your business in order to stay in business

So what is the end state? We are trying to get the word out to as many consumers as possible, that you can still rely on your local florist to service weddings, funerals, events, holidays, and special occasions without cleaning out the bank.
